LFN Committee
Young Professionals (YPs) have much to contribute to the future. Their involvement and efforts are crucial in developing a long-term strategy. The leaders of tomorrow need to acquire new skills and competencies for dealing with increasing environmental challenges. They also need the experience to respond effectively to the challenges and opportunities. For this purpose, a special committee of YPs is formed. The Leaders for Nature committee provides YPs with an active network that enables them to develop knowledge on sustainability issues, to translate learning into actions and to improve their companies in terms of leadership for sustainability and ecosystem thinking.
The YPs of the LFN committee:
- Learn about sustainability, biodiversity and ecosystem thinking.
- Develop leadership skills to make a change in their companies.
- Discuss about actual sustainability issues.
- Share sustainable best practices and CSR strategies.
- Are the LFN ambassadors within their own company.
- Organise the LFN forum and follow up meetings.
