On 27 October 2009 IUCN NL director Willem Ferwerda and Rein Willems (Former CEO Shell / Senator CDA) were interviewed for the programme 'Een Goede Wereld' of the news station Het Gesprek.The discussion was about the necessity to quicken the approach of the protection of nature, the species that are living and - important - how natural systems that are of life importance to human beings can continue to function.
