  • Carl Königel: physical geographer. Carl Königel works for the commodity chain programme which focuses on trade patterns and sustainability, the impact of climate change on ecosystems, REDD, ecological footprint. 
  • Daan Wensing: biologist and economist. Daan Wensing is responsible for the soy programme. He is also an expert in the field of formulating biodiversity criteria for sustainability standards. 
  • Danielle de Nie: physical geographer and soil scientist. Danielle de Nie is responsible for the biomass programme. She especially focuses on energy, biodiversity and indirect Land Use Change (iLUC) issues. 
  • Femke Tonneijck (PhD): physical geographer/soil scientist . Femke Tonneijck is responsible for the REDD programme. She translates international climate change policies aimed at reducing deforestation into practical applications for Dutch companies. 
  • Henk Simons: ecologist. Henk Simons is a senior biodiversity advisor specialized in business and biodiversity issues, including impact analysis and identifying business opportunities. 
  • Laurens Gomes: ecologist. Laurens Gomes is involved in the Guiana Shield Initiative. He is specialized in the themes biodiversity, ecosystems and ecosystem services. 
  • Mathew Parr: ecologist and development economist. Mathew Parr is responsible for the fisheries/aquaculture program. He is an expert in developing biodiversity related sustainability standards; sustainable supply chains; and integrating biodiversity into business.
  • Sjeff Gussenhoven: Development economist. Sjeff Gushoven is specialized in nature conservation finance, trust funds and other financial instruments.
