Target groups:

  Executives and top management are able to set the sustainability agenda, to translate this agenda into the business model, and to help build capacity for sustainability, and therefore they play a vital role in leading the organization towards sustainable change.

  Middle management acts as the gatekeeper of change and they play an important role in integrating sustainability within the organization.
